CAIR-MN: Bloomington Mosque Burglarized, Vandalized

(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, 10/20/2017) - The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic


RelaOons (CAIR-MN) is invesOgaOng reports of an aYempted burglary and vandalism of the Dar
Al Farooq Islamic center in Bloomington, Minn.

Security cameras of the mosque show two men wearing masks and gloves entered the building
around 2 to 3 a.m. this monring. The video shows the two men walking around the mosque
breaking windows and entering dierent oces.

We ask anyone who has any informaOon about this incident to call the Bloomington Police
Department, said CAIR-MN ExecuOve Director Jaylani Hussein.
