A Healthier Meal
Since high cholestoral and heart problems run in my family, I would choose Wendy's to eat. Although both Wendy's and Back Yard Burgers has the same level of
cholestoral, Back yard Burgers has half the amount of sodium and calories for a woman of my age. That is one meal, so Wendy's is the healthier option in regards of
maintaining low cholestoral levels.
