Comments:
Olivia is extremely involved in all aspects of care on the oors. She demonstrates excellent communication with
sta and patients consistently. She takes initiative to seek new learning opportunities and is prepared to discuss
each situation with the instructor in a timely fashion. Olivia is ready to take patient care to the next level by digging
into histories, diagnostics, and medications. Great work this semester.
