Digital Branding and Media Production (August 2017- present)
Co-founder of a start-up digital brand that produces content for social media and brand marketing.
Works with clothing and lifestyle companies or brands to create marketing spots which include
professionally produced, shot, and edited videos and photo packages. Seeks to be enterprising in

Banfield Pet Hospital Long Beach, CA
Client Service Coordinator (August 2017- present)
Acts as a liaison between the animal hospital and the client. Acts as the first line of communication
between all sections of the hospital and handles all client interaction before patient is seen by the
medical team. Makes sure that the hospital team runs smoothly by ensuring that all clients are
informed of upcoming necessary pet care, maximizes the number of pets seen at the hospital daily,
prepares the hospital for emergencies, briefs technicians and doctors before appointments with
clients, and works to optimize the efficiency of the hospital. Works as a customer service
representative to ensure the best client and patient experience possible. Trains a team of Client
Service Coordinators for an optimally functioning hospital.
The Animal Protectorates Burbank, CA
Animal Care Specialist, Adoption Assistant (May 2016- July 2017)
Cared for all animals and the upkeep of the facility. Walked, socialized, fed, groomed, cleaned, and
administered medication to all animals in the care of the rescue. Assisted in the adoption process
of animals and assisted volunteers with daily responsibilities. Educated the public about the ethical
treatment of animals, training techniques, choosing a pet with the best fit for various personalities
and lifestyles, healthy diets, the animal rescue process, and the responsibilities of pet ownership.
Monterey Bay Justice Project Monterey, CA
Investigative Reporter and Community Outreach Liaison (November 2016 June 2017)
Worked as part of the inaugural Monterey Bay Justice Project team to investigate legal issues
within Monterey county. Acted as a community liaison to create connections between California
State University, Monterey Bay and organizations that may be able to assist individuals facing legal
injustices. Worked as an investigative reporter and created a series of articles related to elder care,
terminal illness, and hospice, particularly for inmates who are serving life without parole sentences
in the state of California. A full media package based on the findings of the investigation is
published on the California State University website.
