How to divide with decimals in the 
divisor and in the dividend

1.  Change the divisor to a whole number by multiplying by a power of 10.  

Change the divisor by moving the decimal point
over to the right until it becomes a whole
number

2.  Multiply the dividend by the same power of 10

Move the decimal point the same number of
places as you did in the divisor in the dividend
