Main Screen In the main screen are shown the different process that can be made through the Enervac System automatically. when the red is turned on it means there’s a critical Alarm in the system. first you must Log in into the interface with the password provided by the department responsible. red and yellow. 2 Silo 1 To Silo 2-3 This screen allows you to circulate oil from the Silo 1 through the Enervac and deposit the oil on the Silo 2 and 3. and a message will display with log in and your security level. write your password and click in the Enter key. The screen will show you the different parameters of this process. Is very important to just select one Station.6 Shop Station Recycle This process allows the users to recycle the oil from a transformer located in a specific station. click the “Station Recycle” button. the first thing is to select the station in which the transformer is located and be sure that the pipes are connected in the feed valve and return valve in the transformer.

The jobs listed in the screen are extracted from the Datay schedule. The screen has the information from the process and a counter in the center top of the screen that shows how many gallons have returned into the Silo 4. click the green button twice. First for this process you need to choose a Job from the list. To Start the process. once the process returns the oil from the programmed from the transformer. the next thing is to select the station where the job is located. it will stop automatically or to stop it manually you can press the red button twice. is very important to select only one job and one station from the list to have better control on the mineral oil manage and because the controller only allows to work with one job at a time.

The first thing is to select the Job that you are going to use and the station where the job is located. once the process finishes to fill the transformer with the oil from the BOM it will stop automatically or to stop it manually you can press the red button. the next thing is to select the station where the job is located. how many gallons are already loaded in the transformer and how many gallons are left to finish loading the job. It also shows the status from the Valves 8 and 11. 11 Silo 4 Recycle This process allows the user to recirculate oil from Silo 4 through the Enervac and back to Silo 4. 1.
