My name is Nicholas but everybody calls me Santa Claus.

This year, it is my turn to write you a letter. I want you to know how my days are here
at the North Pole.

Im an old man and Im always very busy in December.

I wake up at 6.00 am every morning. I brush my teeth, have a shower, dress up my red
and white clothes and at 7:30 am Im ready to eat breakfast.

I usually drink milk and eat some fresh cucumber in the morning. Its a custom here
in Finland.
I go to my workshop at 8.00 am. Im never late for work, but my co-workers, the 15.000
dwarfs, are hardly ever on time. We need lots of hands to make so many presents.

I work until 12.15. At that time, everybody stops to have lunch. Its also time to feed the
reindeer and spend some time with them. They like to listen to my old stories.

After lunch, sometimes I take a nap. I need to rest a lot before Christmas Eve.
At 02.30 pm I go back to the workshop and count all the toys we have. I often have to
work extra-hours because there arent enough toys for a day.

At 05.00 pm I go back home. It is always dark when I open my houses door. I take my
cup of tea, sit down on my sofa and read some letters until 07.00 pm.
At 08.00 pm its time to have something to eat before I go to bed.

My day ends at 09.45 pm when I put my head on my pillow and dream of my retirement.
