Marketing Execution Platform combines campaign


content and convenient means of executing both
inbound and outbound marketing campaigns for channel
partners. Our goals in embracing this technology
include:

Partner Costs and
Requirements
Zift – 2018 Funding Model

 Siemens will pay 100% for Zift from MDF in 2018 to any partner who:
 Executes 1 email campaign per quarter
…and one of the following activities…
 Sets up a social feed and maintains a schedule of Siemens posts with
Zift all year
 Sets up the web showcase on their website

 Siemens will pay 100% for Zift from MDF in 2018 to any partner who
completes the Smart Expert recognition process and completes any one of
the following actions:
 Executes 1 email campaign per quarter
 Sets up a social feed and maintains a schedule of Siemens posts with
Zift all year
 Sets up the web showcase on their website

 For other partners, Siemens will split cost 50/50 using MDF. Current
estimates for this license are in the range of $1750, before MDF co-funding.
We are currently in the process of finalizing our licensing requirements with
Zift.

Zift – 2018 Funding Model

 Partners can purchase 240,000 additional sends for $700 from Zift directly,
to be used at any time. Additional emails credits can be funded via MDF at
50/50 matching – if approved through standard process and used for
Siemens GSI/Campaign content

 Signups for Zift must be completed during month of January.

 Failure to actively engage in the program, per the above guidelines, may
result in those partners losing the ability to utilize the Zift 123 platform

 Q: Who is responsible for administrating users on the Zift 123 platform?


 A: Partners are wholly responsible for managing access to users, adding and deleting as necessary,
and applying the same level of diligence regarding access as they would any other 3rd party IT
application they may employ.

 Q: Will the use of Zift 123 share a partner’s contacts with Siemens PLM?
 A: No. Contact information is not shared with Siemens PLM as a function of using the Zift platform.

 Q: What is Zift’s privacy policy?

 Q: Are partners required to install the Siemens Solution Center (aka “Web Showcase”) on their website
to participate?
 A: Partners are highly encouraged to incorporate the web syndication element into their website.
This functionality not only enables partners to keep their websites populated with up to date
information and draws inbound partners, but also ensures in many cases that provided email and
social campaigns link properly to desired calls to action by default, adding to closed-loop reporting.

 Q: What content will be available in Zift at launch?


 A: Over 33 popular email and social campaigns are currently available, spanning 6 languages. Over
the course of FY18, Siemens PLM will continue to build a content library within Zift relative to the
demand for specific campaigns as expressed by our partners. Additionally, we are actively working
on a new version of the Siemens Solution Center (aka “Web Showcase”) covering featured products
and industries. The new Siemens Solution Center will automatically replace the previous version that
is installed on partner websites once released, highlighting the seamlessness of web syndication.

FAQ

 Q: How long will the Zift 123 platform be provided at reduced cost? What happens after that?
 A: Siemens PLM Software is investing in the Zift 123 platform in order to provide our partners with
various levels of reduced cost access until December 31st, 2018. Annual licenses are an estimated
$1750 value. We fully anticipate to maintain and expand the program given it’s potential to enhance
the marketing capabilities of our partner community in subsequent years, and will reassess the
program annually.

 Q: How do we get started?


 A: Partners may get started provided that they make a earnest commitment with their Siemens
channel manager or channel marketing manager to meet the program expectations previously
discussed. Subsequently, the Siemens team will work with Zift Solutions to enable you access to the
system and orchestrate training suggestions and an introduction to the Zift support team per the
process detailed in the Getting Started section of this presentation.
