UEs must be of categories 11 to 14 , below are new switchs which need to be enable:
CellAlgoSwitch.Dl256QamAlgoSwitch,CellDlschAlgo.Dl256QamCqiTblCfgStrategy,CellDlschAlgo.Dl256QamCqiTblAdpPeriod

This feature allows aggregation of up to five downlink carriers to a maximum bandwidth of 100 MHz so that the peak downlink
data rate can reach 750 Mbit/s when 2x2 MIMO is used.
3GPP specifications define six standard operating bandwidths (1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz, and 20 MHz) for LTE
Benefits: More RB and More Spectrum efficancy

Intra-frequency LTE cells experience interference from each other and, as a result, signal quality deteriorates noticeably and
transmission efficiency is affected. When the network load is low, cell-specific reference signals (CRSs), which are generally
transmitted across the entire system bandwidth, are a major source of interference.
The Breathing Pilot feature is introduced to disable some CRS transmissions, reducing CRS interference on intra-frequency cells
This feature can be used in 1T or 2T cells (cells with one or two transmit channels).

Some CRS transmissions can be disabled in a cell when either of the following conditions is met:
No UEs in the cell are in connected mode.
All UEs in connected mode in the cell enter the sleep state in discontinuous reception (DRX) mode.

Intra-frequency LTE cells experience interference from each other. As a result, signal quality deteriorates noticeably and
transmission efficiency is negatively affected. When network load is low, cell-specific reference signals (CRSs), which are genera
transmitted across the entire system bandwidth, are a major source of interference.
Coordinated pilot scheduling, an enhanced multiple-input multiple-output (eMIMO) function, is introduced to disable some CR
transmissions, reducing CRS interference on intra-frequency cells. This function can be used in 4T2P or 4T4P cells.

Adding Initial Fast PUCCH Power Control
The Initial fast PUCCH power control function allows a timely decrease in the PUCCH transmit power of UEs without data
transmission ,This function is recommended in scenarios with small packets
CellAlgoSwitch.UlPcAlgoSwitch(PucchInitialPcSwitch(PucchInitialPcSwitch):to enable initial fast PUCCH power control.
Optimizing PUSCH Closed-loop Power Control for UEs Near the Cell Center
this is for large-packet UEs near the cell center decreases inter-cell uplink interference
Supporting the Configuration of DeltaMsg2 in Uplink Power Control
The CellUlPcComm.DeltaMsg2 parameter is added to support the configuration of UE transmit power. It is recommended that
parameter value be changed when the UE transmit power abruptly increases after handovers.
A larger value of the CellUlPcComm.DeltaMsg2 parameter results in higher power consumption of UEs, stronger inter-cell
interference, a higher access success rate, and a higher handover success rate. A smaller value of this parameter results in the
opposite effects.
Supporting PUSCH Transmit Power Adjustment for UEs Running Voice Services with Dynamic Scheduling Applied
A larger value of the CellPcAlgo.VoLteSinrHighThdOffset parameter results in a smaller decrease in the transmit power of UEs
running voice services near the cell center, a smaller increase in the uplink voice packet loss rate of such UEs in networks with
abrupt interference, stronger interference on neighboring cells, and a smaller decrease in the uplink voice packet loss rate of ce
edge UEs in neighboring cells. A smaller value of this parameter results in the opposite effects.

This feature requires that both eNodeBs and UEs be configured with four antenna ports for downlink MIMO. To increase downli
throughput and improve coverage performance
Benefits: User throuput and cell edge users throughput increase by 50 to 90% as compare with 2x2 MiMO
eNodeBAlgoSwitch.CompatibilityCtrlSwitch:
The Tm3Tm4Max4LayerCtrlSwitch option is added to indicate whether UEs of category 6 or higher support MIMO in TM3 or TM
at a maximum four layers.

When this option is selected, it indicates that UEs of category 6 or higher support MIMO in TM3 or TM4 at a maximum four laye
When this option is deselected, it indicates that UEs of category 6 or higher support MIMO in TM3 or TM4 at a maximum two
layers.

Adaptively Changing A3 Reporting Interval and Disabling UL CoMP During Main Control Board Flow Control
This function adaptively changes the reporting interval of UL CoMP A3 measurements based on the number of UEs in connecte
mode. In addition, this feature can disable UL CoMP when the CPU usage exceeds a certain threshold, reducing Uu signaling
overhead and decreasing CPU usageby CellMcPara.A3MCAdaptiveSwitch
Monitoring UL CoMP UEs' Cooperating Cells and UL RSRP Measurements on the U2000 in Real Time
Enhancing UE-Level Collaboration Between UL CoMP and CA
In earlier versions, CA UEs in a 4R cell cannot be selected for UL CoMP, and CA UEs in a 2R cell cannot be selected for UL CoMP
with a neighboring cell connected through an IP RAN. As a result, the perceivable uplink throughput cannot be increased even
when these UEs meet the UL CoMP conditions.
If the average PRB usage is about 30%, the CEU throughput increases by about 10% and the average UE throughput does not
decrease.
If the average PRB usage reaches 70%, the CEU throughput increases by about 30% and the average UE throughput increases b
about 15%.
If cell loads are balanced, the average UE throughput and CEU throughput do not increase.
The network-wide cell throughput decreases slightly, which is caused by the decrease in the lightly loaded cell throughput. Rad
and transmission resource are sufficient for lightly loaded cells, and more frequency domain resources can be used to solve lon
transmission time issues. Therefore, the total downlink traffic volume of such cells will not decrease and UE experience will no
deteriorate.
Removed the relationship with LOFD-001048 TTI Bundling.

eNodeB selects the most suitable serving cell combination for the UE based on the coverage overlap between cells, cell load
status, bandwidths, and spectral efficiency.
ENodeBAlgoSwitch.CaAlgoSwitch: The option CaSmartSelectionSwitch has been added to this parameter.
This option specifies whether to enable intelligent selection of serving cell combinations
Support for the BTS3911E
Support for the BTS3911E

Automatic Congestion Handling enables the eNodeB to periodically measure cell congestion status. The eNodeB adjusts
parameter settings based on congestion conditions to mitigate cell congestion, improving network performance and user
experience.
Optimized T302
This function helps increase the uplink capacity and the RRC connection setup success rate and decrease the number of RRC se
rejections and the system CPU usage. However, this function will increase some UEs' wait time before repeated access.
Penalty for abnormal UE access
This function helps increase the RRC connection setup success rate, but slows down the access of abnormal UEs.
Intelligent AC control
This function helps reduce the number of UE access failures and increase the RRC connection setup success rate.
Limitation on PUSCH power
This function helps to control uplink interference and increase the uplink MCS and uplink throughput of CEUs. In a cell with a
preset high PUSCH RSRP threshold, the uplink MCS and uplink throughput of CCUs and users at the medium distance of the ce
center may decrease after this function is enabled.
Immunity of PUCCH to interference
This intelligent optimization function helps to enhance PUCCH transmission performance, decrease the DTX proportion, and
increase the downlink throughput. However, interference with neighboring cells may increase as PUCCH transmit power of
neighboring cells competes to increase.
