DEED OF REDEMPTION

This instrument made and executed by and between:

FIRST AGRO-INDUSTRIAL RURAL BANK, INC., a domestic rural


banking corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws, with
principal office located at J. Lequin Street, Gairan, Bogo City, hereinafter
referred to as FAIRBANK;

WHEREAS, in order to secure the payment of certain loans, overdrafts and


other credit accommodations ( collectively referred to as the Obligation

conveyed to FAIRBANK by way of Real Estate Mortgage the following

WHEREAS, for the failure of the Redemptioner to pay and settle the Obligation
upon maturity, FAIRBANK filed on _________ a petition for extra-judicial
foreclosure under Act. No. 3135, as amended;

WHEREAS, in the public auction sale conducted by Sheriff _______________ on


____________ pursuant to said foreclosure, FAIRBANK acquired the
Property/ies, subject to the right of the Redemptioner, his/her/its assigns and
successors-in-interest to redeem the Property/ies from FAIRBANK within a
period of one (1) year reckoned from ______________, the date of inscription of
the Certificate of Sale of the Property/ies (the Redemption Period);

WHEREAS, before the expiration of the Redemption Period, the Redemptioner


offered to redeem the Property by tendering to FAIRBANK the amount of
