Put your hands up up up

Now should we try it faster?

Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)

I will greet the students and have them all fold their arms and legs, I will then ask the students if
they can point to where there nose is. I will praise them and move along with asking them all to
stand up and raise their hands up high. I will ask them all to follow along the dance with me and
sing along when theyre ready. First I will start off by singing(no music) head and putting my
hands on my head and telling the students, this is your head, then sing shoulder and tell the students
(while putting my hand on my head) is this your shoulders?? The students will say noo and I will
know theyre engaged. I will then go over the body parts of the song before telling them Okay
now youre all ready for the song!! Are you all ready? they will shout YES!! Then I will aks
them to raise their arms up up up to get ready for when the song will first off slowly play, I will
dance and sing along with the students as they learn the song and dance more hands on. Then I
will ask them if theyre ready to go faster and ask them to raise their arms up up up then we will
dance faster. After 5-6 times maybe of doing the song I will have them all clap for one another and
I will praise them and have them all sit down. I will draw a human on the white board and will
draw an arrow to the eyes and ask Hmm are those your ears? How about your nose? No? Oh
