• Organa is launching a totally new product and with
no predecessors it is very difficult to forecast whether
the product will be success or not. In such a situation
the company would be playing safe by employing a
pharmaceuticals company to manufacture it. The
advantage of hiring another company is that even if
the product fails the fixed costs incurred by having
land, equipments etc is removed. Also after careful
assessment Organa has decided upon a pharma
company situated at Silvassa (Gujrat).
