1. Outstandings from previous meetings

no changes. Who decides which IEFs are to be discussed at TMB?

DSB wish to have more structured process for how long in advance the agenda is fro-
zen.

It was agreed in the meeting to freeze the agenda 3 working days1 week before the
TMB meeting is scheduled in order allow for the internal preparation.

All parties decide which IEF’s are to be discussed at TMB of course respecting the
freeze of the agenda.

3. Outcome of TMB?

MoM will be send out. To be discussed in a next PM meeting.

4. Drilled holes in the Swedish IC3 without acceptance from DSB.

DSB is supriced that Alstom have drilled holes in their Swedish IC3, since Alstom asked
to do it in week 38, and DSB is of the opinion, that it hasn’t even been agreed. Alstom
to return with documentation if an agreement was made with DSB anyway. Other-
wise, DSB may return with a demand for compensation.

5. Drilled holes in the 5056; DSB is in the process of estimating the costs

DSB explained that according to thememphasized that there is no agreement on drill-
ing of holes in the 5056 (no irreversible changes to be made without DSB’s accept).
Holes have been drilled and DSB have investigated this and the replacement of a main
beam could cause the complete dismantle of the corner for this train in order to re-
place the beam. If beam is not affected then it is more easy to solve, however closing
the drilled holes may require smaller welding activities, which again requires disas-
sembly and reassembly of larger parts, like the cables in the existing ICC’s or maybe
temporary removal of the boogie. .

Action: DSB will investigate this further and come back.

6. ET Test train delivery

DSB have investigated if possible to have the test train as proposed by BDK:

-6-2017 to 8-2017: Fitment of test train (which will eventually be ET FoC), workshop
required for 6 weeks (roof and pit access in same track).
-8-2017 to 6-2018: Test activities (some ad-hoc work in workshop may be required).
-7-2018: Test Train will be approved as ET FoC in SE and DK.
-7-2017 to 10-2018: FoC RDT (buffer before starting series fitment).
-10-2018: Start of ET series fitment.

-This is under the condition that the ET test train is considered as one of the 6 train out
of service for fitment as stated in the Principaftale.

Action: BDK will asses the proposal and get back to DSB. Initial conclusion is that the
last condtion of including it as 1 of 6 trains out of service will cause a problem.
