Position:
Wearelookingforaseasonedsales/businessdevelopmentprofessionaltoleadourbusinessdevelopment
forUSregionprimarilytargetingtheWestCoast.
ThecandidatewillbedirectlyresponsiblefordrivingtheendtoendsalesofSaaSproducttoVentureCapital
funds,Fortune1000corporates,InvestmentBanks,Accelerators,Incubatorsetc.
RoleisbasedoutofBangaloremanagingthesalesteamthatisresponsibleforendtoendremotesalesfor
theSaaSproduct

KeyResponsibilities:
Build and manage a highperforming quotacarrying sales team,in addition to having own individual
quota
Manage key functional aspects of managing ateamlikeimplementingperformanceandreviewplan,
training,etc
Identifyandexecuteprojectsonanongoingbasistoimprovesalesefficiencyacrosstheteam.
Driverevenuesandmarketpenetrationintheregion
Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan of new geographies or practice areas,
prioritizationofthecustomersegments,territorydivision,etc.
Workcloselywiththecrossfunctionalleadershiponcrossdepartmentprojects.
Buildmarketintelligencewithintheindustryonlatestdevelopments
Lead weekly/monthly meeting with leadership and track sales team metrics and report data to
leadershiponaregularbasis
