Parte II. Del siguiente texto, realice lo que a continuacin se le indica:

1.- Extraiga de la lectura al menos 5 oraciones en Voz Pasiva.

2.- Cambie esas mismas oraciones extradas de Voz pasiva a Voz Activa.
3.- Traduzca las oraciones extradas de Voz Pasiva al espaol.

Wars and Diseases

Since the beginning of the years, human beings have had to fight against their two
main enemies: Wars and diseases which have caused peoples deaths.

To start with, we know through history that millions of persons had died during
the First and Second World Wars, Similarly, houses, towns and cities were destroyed by
these quarrels and innocent lives were sacrificed by the wishes of power and domination.
For example, during World War II Jewish were killed by German soldiers. Many years
later, peace was signed among the countries involved.

Secondly, diseases have also caused peoples death, but almost all of these
sicknesses are being prevented by the efforts of great scientists who have quarreled
against germs, bacteria and viruses and at the end, peace was brought to humanity by
these men; because the war against diseases was won by them. Among these scientists,
whose lives were spent fighting against diseases, we should name: Dr. Edward Jenner
(Cow Pox), Robert Koch (Tuberculosis), Pasteur (Hydrophobia), Hideyo Noguchi
(Yellow Fever) and Sir Ronald Ross (Malaria).
