- Performing data checking for Internal Gas Consumption for Gas Processing Kertih (GPK)
and Gas Processing Santong (GPS) which involves the verification of calculated volume,
energy and density using British Thermal Unit (BTU) and Gas Heating Value (GHV)
provided by the lab.
- Gas Heating Value (GHV) is basically a conversion factor in order to obtain the value of
energy in terms of gigajoules (GJ).
- Combustible gases in natural gas establishes higher GHV value.

- I was assigned as sample focal for September 2017 Global Arrangement Product
Allocation (GAPA) closing.
- I am responsible in tracking the sample movement from the platform to onshore lab for
Tangga Barat, Angsi, Resak and West Natuna.
- I am responsible to transfer the data generated by the PI system into our server before
uploading into HyPAS.
- The data generated by PI system must be verified using meter ticket.

Attended Health Safety and Environment (HSE) assembly at Dewan Seri Indera
- Montage sharing on fire drill conducted at Peninsular Malaysia Asset (PMA) on 28th
September 2017
- Sharing on the implementation of ergonomics at Kompleks Operasi PETRONAS 1 and 2
(KOP 1 & 2)
- Focal recognition to PMA staff who accomplished any achievement that contributes to PMA
missions.

- Performing crosscheck GAPA report to trace the variations in the data generated in the

Attended a meeting on Peninsular Malaysia Assets (PMA) Road Safety Campaign


- Peninsular Safety and Environment (PSE) Department will be launching a Road Safety
Campaign in conjunction with upcoming monsoon season.
- The organizing committees consisted of all PMA trainees.
- Trainees are segregated into different task which are montage and bunting design
preparation.
- All trainees were informed that PSE Department will be organizing a Tyre-Checking
program in which we will be checking PMA staffs vehicle tyre condition in accordance to
criteria outlined by PSE Department.

Daily Morning Meeting:


- Awareness on road safety issue is highlighted
- Implementation of Tell Me Box in the department whereby all Peninsular Production
Terminal (PPT) staffs are encourage to place any comments or ideas in the box.
- The comments or ideas will later be discussed during the morning meeting.
- Sharing on the fire incident occurred at the Dulang platform which resulted from unsafe
act by the operators.

Transferring compositions data from PI System into the server:


- Compositions data generated by the PI system on daily basis is transferred into the server
before uploading the data into HyPAS.

Contents :

Daily Morning Meeting


- Sharing by Mdm Marliyana who involved with fire investigation at Dulang platform on the
fire incident which arise due to small fire at the air compressor.
- The fire incident occurred due to unsafe practices at the platform as well as unsafe acts
by the operators as well as the absence of proper procedures in engine refueling.
- The awareness of safety is highlighted where all staffs were reminded to concern on their
own safety as well as others.

- Report generated to capture the data for mass and volume for East Piatu (EPA) and East
Belumut (EBA) platform

- Extracting volume data from meter ticket for East Piatu (EPA) and East Belumut (EBA)

Tangga Barat, Resak and Angsi.

formation of cancerous cell.

Hydrocarbon Allocation (HA) PTS 3.1 September 2017 Monthly Closing Meeting
- Production and density trending of gas, condensate and crude were discussed during the
meeting.
- Metering issue and process upset which affected the production were discussed during the
meeting
- Action items were disseminated among the metering and allocation team for their further
action to verify the issue discussed.
