The Final EIS (FEIS) for the University of Washington

2018 Seattle Campus Master Plan ha

s been prepared in compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) of 1971 (Chapter 43.21C, Revised Code of Washington); the SEPA Rules, effective April 4, 1984, as amended (Chapter 197-11, Washington Administrative Code); and rules adopted by the University of Washington implementing SEPA (478-324 WAC). Preparation of this FEIS is the responsibility of the University's Capital Planning and Development Office. The Capital Planning and Development Office and the University's SEPA Advisory Committee have determined that this document has been prepared in a responsible manner using appropriate methodology and they have directed the areas of research and analysis that were undertaken in preparation of this FEIS and the Draft EIS (DEIS). This document is not an authorization for an action, nor does it constitute a decision or a recommendation for an action; in its final form, it will accompany the

Proposed Action

 and will be considered in making the final decisions on the proposal.
