II. Rationale

Miscellaneous fees in school are items covering registration, students

activity as well as the academic and non-academic related participations
actually joined by the students in every school year to further give and
extend the learning opportunities of the students which are usually situated
in the four corners of classroom. Likewise, it is a mechanism which shove
the school to plant developmental projects and infrastructures where the
end is to provide welfare to the students.

On the other hand, parents/students guardian oftentimes fail to make

this obligations to their respective child due to financial constraint and
instability. Other parents/guardian recourse to child labor where ironically,
their children are send to work instead of going to school just to support in
some ways their educational needs. In addition to that, students
participation and conduct of activities were limited and the school finds a
hard time implementing its desired infrastructure/projects thereby affecting
its performance in delivering and providing quality education reflected in its
School Improvement Plan (SIP).

It is therefore an ideal action echoed in this budget proposal to seek

support of the industry in partnering the school to deliver educational
practices commensurate to the vision and mission of the Department of

sports activities in the school. The Department of Education invested activities to
develop physically the students in sports given on the following: Conduct of school

fostering the spirit of unity and happiness in commencing a big event. One of the
schools involvements in the community is evident in its drum and lyre corps. The
