III. Objectives
Arising from the necessity and importance of the project, this proposal
intends to:
a. Provide the school the budget for the conduct of different activities.
b. Send student-participant to the varied contests designed by the
district, division, or the central office.
c. Capacitate the school in the implementation and realization of its
infrastructure and development projects particular in the School
Improvement Plan.
d. Support the parents by minimizing their financial obligation to their
childrens educational needs.
e. Avoid students at risk of dropping out (SARDO) who resort to
work/child labor just to make a living and to support their education.
f. Involve Carrascal Nickel Corporation as one of the stakeholders
uniting with the school in bringing quality education to the students.
Justification:
Developmental Fee this fee refers to the total of all costs incurred from initiation
to implementation of a project which is often considered as operational costs. Major
projects present in the School Improvement Plan considered this a good operational
fund to establish physical facilities where the school is in need. Developmental fund is
also utilized as incidental fund to cover additional expenses incurred in the
activities/contests joined by students in the higher levels.
School Organ this fee involves the printing of school publication. The SO fund
is also utilized in students registration to the different journalism trainings and seminar
whether school-based, district, division, regional and national wide. School publication
is very important to update the parents, PTA, people in the community, stakeholders,
teachers as well as the students of the activities going on in the school, the
accomplishment and project of the school as a whole.
Supreme Student Government (SSG) is a school organization which is
considered the highest governing body of the entire studentry. The SSG uses its fund
congruent to its platforms and flagship which is formulating and recommending
programs that will address relevant issues and concerns of the studentry. The student
government organizes symposium, seminars as well as leadership training to the
different clubs under its umbrella. At the end of school year, the said organization also
endeavors to plant a project in the school.
Computer Fee one of the highlighted skills in the 21st century is the
manipulation of ICT related devices or equipment truly obvious in computer operation.
The school integrates computer instruction and classes to enable our students to hop
in the global competitiveness in terms of the acquired skills in the school. Maintenance
of computer peripherals is one of the reason why the fund is necessary.
Drum & Lyre Corps (DLC) parade and procession are one of the activities
fostering the spirit of unity and happiness in commencing a big event. One of the
schools involvements in the community is evident in its drum and lyre corps. The
school intends to be provided with the DLC fund for the maintenance of instruments
as well as purchase new band equipment.
English, Math, Science, Filipino, Araling Panlipunan and Theater Arts Club
learning is not only situated in the academic engagement of students inside the four
corners of the classroom, rather, they can be also acquired in the form of activities
unacademically. In the Department of Education, it has been a long practice of
launching contests in the different subject areas like English, Math, Science, Filipino,
and Araling Panlipunan. English club students reinforces learning through reading
caravans, Chamber theater contest, Speech choir, Declamation, Poem interpretation,
and other stage arts competition in the school, district, division, region and national.
Math has also activities like math festival which attended different levels apart from
school-based. Filipino club spearheads event like Buwan ng Wika every month of
August and usually does its culmination in a series of activities/contests. Science
clubbers of the school are sent also to science-related competitions. They utilize their
fund for their Science Investigatory Projects (SIP), purchased materials/devices for
robotics and the like. Araling Panlipunan club has an annual competition for Consumer
Awareness. The month of February every year is dedicated as National Arts Month.
In observance of this National Art Consciousness month, the school organizes a
variety show performed in the communitys gymnasium. The event is also a high time
to apply their learning in their MAPEH subject. Fund for this is used to purchase
costumes/dresses of the students in their performances and other incidental expenses
occur during the conduct of this activity.
