AIM:

to learn what is jungle

Children learned that jungle is an overgrown place with wild tangles
and webs diversity of plants and trees.

to be able to discover the weather in the jungle

Through some explorations at the backyard of the kindergarten and
some visual aids presented, children discovered that the weather in
the jungle is warm that makes it easier for the plant to grow.

to extend vocabulary

Every time we read a book, children learned new words and they
were using some of those words in everyday communication with
each inside and outside the classroom. 
OBJECTIVES:

to recognize animals

Through some discussions, children recognized animals in the jungle
and made sounds of each animal. Children were also using toy
animals in recognizing each name.

to understand how to protect animals

Children understand that they can protect wild and non-wild animals
by taking care of them and giving food to save their lives. But of
course children were reminded that they need to inform their
parents before making any move or actions towards these animals
for their safety purposes.

to develop skills in arts and crafts

Through some activities we did, children developed their creativity,
imagination and self-expression to their works. Also, children
enhanced their skills and talents, boosted their reading
comprehension and interested in Literature.
