Aside from earning a higher grade, my S.M.A.R.T. goal for the 5th grading period in
latin dance class is to physically participate in an dance lesson and to mentally focus
on what my LF is lecturing my classmates and I.

My goal in latin dance for the fall semester of this school year was to in most part participate and be academically
engaged. Overall, I was successful in reaching this goal because of strengths regarding my skills of time management
and follow through. I succeeded primarily because of class engagement and participation because I always stayed
focused and kept myself away from distractions. Additionally, I have sometimes made positive choices during class time
such as following directions and completing assignments that my LF has assigned to us. In another hand, whenever I
dont feel ive also tried to contribute positively to class. I also succeeded in organization and preparation. I will
accomplish my goal by staying on task and by following directions. In order to overcome my weaknesses, like for
example not staying on task, I probably shouldnt be around people who will distract me and cause me to not stay on
task.
