Title of lesson: Letters (z)

Name: Maryam Juma Date:30-10-2017

Time: Location: Sharjah English school (F20)

STUDENTS

19 KG students who aged 5 to 6, year 2

8 are male others are female.

The native language is English.

Learners have different learning style, visual,


auditory and kinesthetic but the lesson will focus
on kinesthetic and visual styles.

Different shapes of personality, they divided in 3


types depends on my observe, first who are
uncontrolled, second controlled, finally who are
inactive in the class

No special needs.

The student already now some letters and how to


write them so I will combine between both by
reviewing the last letters and give them the
opportunity to answer first, then I give them the
new letters.

GOAL/OBJECTIVE

By the end of the lesson, students will be


able to:

Spell the letter Z in the correct spelling.

To know words that start with letter Z.

To write litter Z and recognize it from other


letters
MATERIALS/RESOURCES/STRATEGIES

Materials & resources:

Activity number 1: Z letter Song


Activity number 2: Mistry box
Activity number 3: Z worksheets

All of the materials will have the safety on the


children's.

Technology integration:
Use the computer to show the song of the letter Z.

Strategies:

Plan A: Using the song on the computer to


definition the letter.
Plan B: if the computer did not work I will use my
laptop to cover that.
ACTIVITIES

Engagement:
Start with counting 1,2 and 3 or ask students to
put them hands up and down and so on, to get
them attention and engage them to the lesson, the
most important that I will use the song so that
make sure that they will involve.

The children might be uncontrolled, so I will try to


get them attention by some actions and do not
give the the chance to lose control.

I might be nervous because of the teacher


observing, but I will try my best to forget her
presence.

Children may do not understand the instructions,


I will try to simplify them more.
ASSESSMENT

Asking questions about the lesson if it easy or


not.

Observing the children active so I know from the


level of active if they are awareness with lesson or
not.

I will ask them to tell me some words that start


with letter Z.
