1. Goal: SKILLS - Improve Leadership Skills

a. Strategies:
i. Assist with leading the mentoring class for Help a Child: Mentor
Program. (Lead discussion on designated weeks)
ii. Observe workers and supervisor(s)
b. Method of Measurement:
i. Request Evaluations of my performance from Executive Director.
ii. Discuss observations with Supervisor.

2. Goal: KNOWLEDGE - Gain knowledge on how to Coordinate Fundraising Events

a. Strategies:
i. Assist the Communications and Development Director with planning
upcoming fundraiser events for Big Brother, Big Sisters of Delaware.
ii. Attend and participate in the Fundraising events.
b. Method of Measurement:
i. Request Evaluations of my Performance from Communications and
Development Director.
ii. Measure success of the Events.

3. Goal: PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - Find of my likes/dislikes of Administrative tasks.

a. Strategies:
i. Participate in as many projects I can while interning.
ii. Become educated on multiple administrative departments within Big
Brothers, Big Sisters of Delaware.

i. Keep journal record of work loads/tasks I am assigned during internship.
ii. Reflective Write about experiences while interning at Big Brothers, Big
Sisters of Delaware.
