las escuelas infantiles que enfatizaban en la educacin al aire libre tenan mejor
desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa, pero no se encontr resultados significativos
en la motricidad fina.

Artculo 10 The role of early fine and gross motor development on later motor
and cognitive ability.
Se evalu a 33 nios a los 4 meses, a los 4 aos, a los 6 aos y a los 11 aos con el
objetivo de determinar exista una relacin entre el desarrollo motor y el
rendimiento cognitivo de los nios una vez que alcanzaron la edad escolar. Los
resultados se suman a las investigaciones recientes sobre la relacin entre el
desarrollo motor temprano y la funcin cognitiva y apoyan la necesidad de una
investigacin en curso sobre una posible relacin etiolgica.
