First Amendment Attorney Marc Randazza today filed suit in Federal District Court in New Hampshire against the city of Concord, New Hampshire on behalf of Vermin Supreme.
Vermin Supreme wants to bring ponies to protest Hillary Clinton this Tuesday. The City of Concord has declined to issue a permit because it did not wish to disturb Ms. Clinton.
The lawsuit stems from presidential candidate Vermin Supreme’s desire to exercise his first amendment right to political speech.
Tuesday, December 5th, Hillary Clinton comes to Concord, NH. to promote her book What Happened.
In her book Hillary blames her loss on, amongst other things, ponies. To be specific she equates Americans desire for universal health care with ponies.
Her assertions became a subject of derision and inspired several think pieces.

Vermin Supreme is a constant presence during the New Hampshire primaries, placing third and fourth on the Democratic ticket in 2012 and 2016, respectively.
Vermin Supreme is a 2020 announced presidential candidate.
He has made ‘Free Ponies for all Americans,’ and a transition to a ‘Pony Base Economy,’ cornerstones of his campaign.
Mr. Supreme is also the subject of filmmaker Rod Webber's new unreleased documentary ‘Vermin Supreme 2016’.
