1. What are some things you accomplished this year that you are proud of including something
you might have tried for the first time?

Im proud of my self this year because I had teach a whole lesson 45mintues, and
managing the lesson time so I cover my lessons and activity during the class time.

While in the second point that Im proud to do it I started with songs I created that
related to the lesson and body movement, so firstly I save the words in my heart and start
to sing it with students which was : (put your hands , put your hands down..ect)and I
model it with them by doing including the words. According to the John Dewey theory he
believed, saw children as empty, passive receptacles to be filled with ideas .

they will be ready to understand.

I reach my goal that I finish my lesson in full class including the activity. Firstly, I wrote my lesson
plan and I put a time for each part, but I have problem also in it. I put a time for each activity in

condition and the schedule time because sometimes they change that.

Alya one of my students she was very good and she is answer my questions, but she

person to help learners understand a concept or achieve something that they couldnt by
themselves. How did you help a student? Did you see students helping each other?

As Im a teacher students I have a role to help students when they struggle in a point, so
when I was in teaching practicum I observe one of the students write small letter b
instead of letter d , but when I show her the flash cards she understand her mistake and
now she write her father name in correct way. So as you are a teacher you can help your
students by practicing or any use any materials that help students understand the lesson.
According to the Vygotsky about ZPD its move a learners from level to the next step, so
the learners get the new thing as an experience in the next level.

about the way your students thought or came up with answers? Can you relate this to
theory?

According to piaget stage which is preoperational that said some of the children can understand
the second language by showing them an images so , they are able to said the characterize of the
object that they can see it.

For example, when Im in teaching practicum I observe to the students a picture of the tiger and I
ask them where can a tiger sleep but they didnt answer until I observe a picture of the places that
a tiger can sleep, so they start to said rocks. They understand the answer after they saw the
pictures.
