Field Organizer – Douglas County, CO August 2016 – November 2016
• Recruited, trained, and mobilized 250 volunteers to support the Presidential, Senate and Congressional races for
democratic candidates in one of the most conservative counties in the Colorado.
• Expanded the electorate and managed volunteers who reached nearly 20,000 voters in person, securing a
Colorado victory for Hillary Clinton and Senator Bennet, out preforming democratic stronghold states.

Independent Writer/Researcher April 2015- August 2016
• Wrote book about murder of 19 century feminist and lesbian, Adele Ritchie. Project included extensive

archival research, interviews with experts and detective work to solve the 1930’s murder.
• Maintained blog about the experience. Publication was placed on hold for Congressional race.
