Strengths of the lesson:

Very nice contact and interaction with the children

Children well-behaved and on task
Nice activities which engaged the children most of the time
Good monitoring and evaluation
Positive and caring attitude, listening to all students
Pleasant atmosphere in this classroom
Very good to know all their names already

Areas for development:

Try and be a bit more animated and enthusiastic, especially with the opening activity
You need to speak a little bit louder as not all children can hear you, especially at the back
Smile a bit more they are nice children and they like you so enjoy it
Try to be less of a teacher and more of a guide with the work you dont need to mark the
work, just look at it and ask them to get their friend to check it discuss this with your MST
and see what she things
