Procedure:

1. We hang the 3 N/m and 1N/m helical spring in the holding pins hole
2. A slotted weight based on the mass is lifted and released to start the oscillation.
3. Load the spring with masses m = 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, and 140 .
4. The oscillation is repeated each by mass given.
5. Every for each mass determine the time, t required for 10 oscillations.
6. All the measured values in Table 1 have been recorded.

Procedure:
1. The track with the positioning screw until it is horinzontal is adjusted.
2. The ticker timer is switch on and the trolley is slightly push and rolled about 60 cm.
3. The ticker tape is marked with a`1
4. The track is setting up so that the trolley with attached ticker tape rolls along the entire
length of the track at a uniform speed.
5. The marking timer is turn on and the trolley is slightly push to compensate for the initial
friction due to the pen.
6. The ticker tape is marked with `2
7. Every each ticker tape is rolled based on measured with height, cm = 9.3, 11.5, and 13.
8. The result is repeated until ticker tape is marked with `3 with based on height given.
