Conclusion:

First step was analyzing plan of day and time required to be fulfilled and classifying it,through
this it was possible to determine the importance of each activity.Second step was delegating time
in order to rationalize and optimize it.So using this method the efficacy of time was increased by
4 hours,reducing from 10 hours that were needed at first to just 6 hours.
Using this method it becomes easier to choose the most important tasks to do,which allowes to
improve effectiviness and productivity of day.
