The Equal Justice Foundation is a nonprofit organization of citizens from all walks of life
working to:
• Reduce family violence.
• Preserve families and marriages.

• Ensure equality for all citizens before the bar.
• Establish judicial accountability.
• Reestablish the rule of law.
• Preserve the secret ballot.
• Ensure open, fair, and honest elections.
• Make the Bill of Rights a living document in our time.
The EJF provides direct help and assistance to men and women abused by their intimate
partners or the legal system and conducts research into the causes and prevention of such abuse.
