A meeting was held in the office of GM (U) to expedite the project work of Pkg. 078-,4.

Followlng points were observed:

1 . Under slung Crane : M/s Voltas will inform the current status within two days
2. Flow meter & Pressure meter: The installation of Flow meter & Pressure meter will get comp,eted
within a period 10 days.
3. Automation of both lntake PH & Drinking water PH: Communication regarding schedule of
completion will be made available within 2 days.
4. Makeshift arrangement for operating valves using actuators in drinking water PH: M/s Voltas
informed that the work will be completed within a period of 10 days.
5 Power point facilaty for running welding machines will be provided by M/s Voltas within a period of 2
- 3 days.
6. N4/s Voltas informed that the cross over of pipe lines in lntake PH & drinking water PH will be
completed within a period of 7 days.
7 lllumination (Lighting arrangement) work in ECR & drinking water PH will be completed wilhin a
period of 3 days. lnformed by [I/s Voltas.
8. The pending points of lntake PH as per list lvill be completed within a period of 7 days. lnformed by
l\,4/s Voltas.
9. Working platform to operate the valves will be made avai,able within 10 days by M/s Voltas.

All above points have been agreed upon by Projects(Utilities) and M/s VOLTAS.
