Your gift gives ordinary people an extraordinary voice -- through community-development programs,
voluntary services and investing in at-risk youth. For decades, United Methodists have made a difference in
the lives of those living in the margins through Human Relations Day, partnering to bring people the hope of
Christ. Look for special donation envelopes in the bulletin on Sunday on January 7 th.

St. Andrew’s Sock Drive


We are now collecting new warm socks for men, women, and children as our January
Mission of Warmth. All donated socks will be delivered to “Church Under the Bridge” and
distributed to the homeless in our city. Bring your donations anytime in January.

“DISCERNING THE VOICE OF GOD” (Parlor) Led by Kathy Timberlake – A 7-week video and discussion based study by
Priscilla Shirer on learning how to recognize God’s voice when he speaks, how to more deeply understand the Holy Spirit’s
role in our lives, and how to grow in stillness, humility, and hear expectantly from Him. Contact Kathy to RSVP for this class

PAINTING BY FAITH (Youth Room) Taught by Phillip Anaya - An introduction to the exploration of faith through visual
arts expression. Working with a few lectures and a lot of studio time, students will build skills in creation, appreciation, and
analysis of our faith in at least three originalgworks.
