I am from MNIT Jaipur.I have applied for CAT-A Maths. Accepted offer.

First of all apply at https://www.fiitjeelogin.com/ as a job seekers. Then they will send mail to your
gmail account specifying details of the exam and free accomodation. FIITJEE

There will be two papers as under:

WRITTEN TEST

(a) Subject Test Paper : Section A & B of 1 hour each. (Model

papers@http://www.fiitjee.com/CareerAt_... ) .

(b) I.Q. Test Paper : 30 objective (multiple choice) problems will have to be answered. There will
be negative marking for wrong answers. Duration : 30 minutes

For those who have been shortlisted for (a),(b)...(generally around 20-25% will be shortlisted).

GROUP DISCUSSION

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test, will be asked to participate in a Group Discussion
(on a topic of general interest) following which they have to give a model lecture to demonstrate their
teaching ability and talent. We shall be looking for the following qualities in you.

• Command over English Language.

• Ability to think out of box.

• Ability to pursuade others.

MODEL LECTURE

• In depth knowledge of atleast some topics of your subject with excellent clarity of concepts.

• Ability to solve the problems prescribed for category opted by you.

• Ability to develop the topic from the basics & raising it to the heights required. Solving problems in
the model lecture is very much expected.

• In brief we will observe your board work, communication skills, fundamentals, enthusiasm etc.

Please note that model lecture is an important criterion for selection. A person not able to perform
well in the model lecture as per the expectation of FIITJEE may be rejected even if he/she does
extremely well in written test, group discussion and has excellent track record.

The prescribed syllabus for each category is enclosed herewith. You are required to prepare any two
topics for your model lecture from the prescribed syllabus of your chosen subject.

INTERVIEW after the model lecture.

This will finally complete the cycle for selection.

NOTE: FIITJEE has a policy of reimbursing A.C. 3-tier railway fare to select category of people.
Only those outstation candidates, who will be appearing in the selection process for the first time
and secure atleast 50% marks in Section A of the subject test paper, will be reimbursed the railway
