 Students are advised to submit One printed copy of the presentation with Guide
signature and soft copy of the presentation to the review panel members.
 All the students should report well before the commencement of the review on the
respective day order failing which he/she is treated as absent and no mark will be given.
 Attendance will be given for the period of zeroth review.
 The Zeroth review carries 10 marks out of the total internal marks 50.
 Presentation must be in the MS power point with bullet point’s of font size. (Size =
24).

Presentation slide should contain the following topics

1. Title, Project members and project supervisor name (First Slide)

2. Objective
3. Need of the project
4. Literature survey about the project
5. Methodology
6. Overview of the project with block diagram
7. Approximate Budget
8. Work plan (Till the last tentative submission date 30th April 2018)
HOD/Mechatronics Project Coordinator
