Statement of Income and Expense form (attached) completed and returned to us along with 2 copy of the most recent Government Incame Tax Return along with any other proof of income documents. The Royal Canadian Legion has the right fo ask for proof of service and proof of ‘income prior to giving any financial assistance. This is due diligence on our part. 2. Completion of the attached Royal Canadian Legion Claim (RCL) Application form including a copy of goverment issued picture identifcation (ie. driver's license or passport). This must be correctly completed regardless of the level of ‘Support requested, whether minor oF major oF Just a hamper.
