Mission Specification For A Jet Transport

Payload : 132 Passengers at 155 lbs each and 33.1 lbs of baggage each.

Crew : Two pilots and Our cabin attendants at 155 lbs each and 33.1 lbs baggage each

Range : 2250 nm, followed by 50 minutes loiter, followed by a 80 nm flight to alternate.

Altitude : 37.000 ft (for the design range).

Cruise Speed : M = 0.92 at 37.000 ft.

Climb : Direct climb to 37.000 ft. at max. WTO is desired.

Take-off and Landing : FAR 25 fieldlength, 5.000 ft. at an altitude of 5.000 ft nd a 95o
F day. Landing performance at WL = 0.85 x WTO
