MO’s REALMS SOLO VARIANT

by mo7189
RULES

Same as official solo variant for set up, game play and the Player, but here is how the Nemesis' turn
will go:

1. Discard the two rightmost cards in the Center Row (start a separate discard pile, do not use the
Void pile), slide remaining cards to the right and replenish the cards in positions 1 & 2 (POS 1 & 2).
(If the draw deck runs empty, shuffle this discard pile to create a new one.)

DECK 1 2

SLIDE CARDS TO THE RIGHT

2. If the Center Row card in position 1 (POS 1) is a Construct (of any faction), the Player discards all
Constructs currently in his play area.

3. Then, the faction of the card in position 1 (POS 1) will determine the Nemesis' action as follows:

Monster = Nemesis defeats the highest cost Monster in the Center Row and claims the Honor
rewarded. Ignore all other effects.*

Void = Nemesis gains 5 Honor from the general pool and the Player discards two random cards from
his hand.*

Enlightened = Nemesis gains/defeats the two rightmost cards in the Center Row. Slide all remaining
cards to the right and replenish the cards in positions 1 & 2.*
Lifebound = Nemesis gains the highest cost Hero in the Center Row.*

Mechana = Nemesis gains the highest cost Construct in the Center Row.*

* If the condition cannot be met for any reason, the Nemesis gains 5 Honor from the general pool.

NB: If there is a tie for the card the Nemesis will gain/defeat, it chooses the one which will reward
the most honor. If still tied, the Player may decide.

WINNING AND LOSING

The same as the official solo variant. Play until the last honor is gone, then compare your score to
the total honor earned by the Nemesis. If you have more honor, you win!

WANT A TOUGHER CHALLENGE?

For greater difficulty, change the Void action to: Nemesis steals 5 Honor from the Player's pool, and
the Player discards two random cards from his hand.

THIS VARIANT HAS BEEN TESTED WITH THE FOLLOWING ASCENSION GAMES:
