MasterKure® 101

Acrylic resin water based multi-role curing and sealing compound for concrete

DESCRIPTION TYPICAL PROPERTIES*
MasterKure 101 is a solvent free non-degrading,
membrane-forming liquid curing compound based Appearance White liquid
on an acrylic resin emulsion suitable for spray Specific gravity 1.005 at 25°C
application to freshly poured concrete. VOC <10g/l
Finished film appearance Clear tack free
The resultant film retains sufficient moisture in the Water Retention Pass
concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement; (ASTM C309)
essential for optimum strength development. The Drying Time <3 hours
cured concrete is typically harder and exhibits a (ASTM C309) @ 25°C
dust free surface with a reduced incidence of
drying shrinkage cracks.
STANDARDS
Additionally, the membrane acts as a primer ASTM C309 Type 1 Class B
system for many subsequent surface finishes that
do not rely on penetration for substrate bond. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
When applied to floors, the MasterKure 101 seals The compound should be spray applied as evenly
