These are random quotes that I am putting in a file for my own use,

because I use them fairly frequently and am getting tired of retyping

them every time. :-) There is no particular connection between them,
except that I continually seem to have need of them.

They are not really posted for the group per se, but are put in this
file so that I can find them easily. However, you are free to peruse
them.

In an essay called "Veiled Language Uncovered" in the first issue of

"Trader's World," James Hyenzyk writes:

"... the best source of Gann�s astrological theories is the book Truth
of the Stock Tape. If studied carefully, this book will reveal to one
Gann�s use of the phases of the moon, the lunation chart and the solar
ingress chart in putting together a one-year forecast. Gann also
discussed how he determines the swings of the Stock Market by using a
Time Factor, the commodity curve, the money curve, and the curve of
stocks. I strongly recommend that the serious Gann student use this
book in combination with the Gann Commodity and Stock Course to develop
a better understanding of how to forecast the markets." (p. 21)

Les Clemens, in Gann Masters Technical Analysis Course, says:

"His library contained volumes of books and manuscripts on harmonic

waves, proportion, growth, gravity, electricity, nature, and natural
phenomena. However, there were no books on open interest, volume,
stocks, or commodities." (p. 14)

Gann in The Magic Word says:

"The Bible tells us that God is a spirit and that you meet God in
the air. This is the reason you must use the spoken word and
broadcast your prayer, or message, by putting it into the air. Man
has within him the key to the process by which he may know all there
is to learn and receive all that he needs from the universal, divine
supply. You tune in to this source and supply through the spoken
word by putting your message in the air and the divine, universal
mind which is in tune with yours will receive it. Other men and
women throughout the world, who are in tune, will receive your
message and help you. You do not need any wires or any telephones
to put your message or spoken word on the air so that it will reach
throughout the world. You know that no wires are used with the radio,
yet you know that all radios tuned to the same wave length will
receive the same message. This is one of the good reasons why you
must not speak orally the wrong words, or think the wrong thoughts,
because they will be received by the minds in tune with yours and
will be returned to you. This is the law: that you reap just what
you sow." (p. 92)
