Let me introduce myself, my name is Siti Hidayatul Majidah, and you can call me Hida.
I am 20 years old and I live in Lebaksiuu Kidul, Tegal, Central Java, I graduate from Diploma
III Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang in 2018, so Iam still fresh graduate here. I want to expand
my skills and experience through working for this company. I have experiences as environment
health Counselor in your company. Those experiences will make me professional with this job
(opportunity).

2. Why did you leave your last job?

 my job was not in accordance with the competence I had, there I did not have room to
grow, and I needed a new atmosphere

3. What experience do you have in this field?

 I can advise citizens about the importance of protecting the environment, sanitation
inspection in companies, hotels, and other public places, food and beverage inspection in
catering services, measuring water, air, physical, chemical, biological

4. Do you consider yourself successful?

 yes, because I feel competent in the field that I have and the people who work with me are
interested in the competence that I do in the work.

5. What do co-workers say about you?

 My colleagues say that I have a high integrity in work, meticulous in carrying out duties,
selective in choosing a job.

6. What do you know about this organization?

 the organization in my opinion is one of the containers to learn the importance of socializing
in people around us, the organization also as a way to learn about leadership in a job

7. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?

 I keep trying to maximize my ability by finding a job that is more appropriate to my

competence.

 No, because I feel this company has covered the competence that I have.

 because I want to advance this organization with the competence I have, I also want this
organization to be useful not only the people in it alone.

 Salary that has been adjusted with my competence and certainly already exist in this

 yes. I like working in teams because the work is done will feel easier, faster, and precisely
because each other team members can correct the shortcomings of work on the run.

 I want to work here for a time that can not be determined because I will continue to work if
my competence is done well.

 No, because I think everyone does have a side of mistakes that we can not avoid
