SCRAPER TECHNOLOGY FOR
SECONDARY CLARIFICATION TANKS.
The main objective of secondary clarification, as the final stage in biological treatment
procedures, is to calm the wastewater in order to remove all floating and settling solids
and to draw off clear water. Bilfinger Water Technologies offers you robust and practically
turbulence-free scraper technologies, for high discharge rates and low turbulence in both
circular and longitudinal tanks. Our technologies are also suitable for use in intermediate
settling tanks.
