In 1973, Fred and Judith
Fleischer realized a lifelong
dream as they, along with other
interested members of the com-
munity, established Josina Lott
Residential & Community
Services. The Fleischers sought
to build a residential home for
adults with developmental dis-
abilities, because they were con-
cerned about the future of their
two children who had develop-
mental disabilities and others like
them. The focus of this dream was
(and still is) to provide a safe and
secure, vibrant living environment
where strong bonds of friendship
can thrive and where offering a
range of opportunities leads to
more independent lives.
Josina Lott Residential &
Community Services was named
after Mrs. Josina Lott, a long-
time advocate of people with dis-
abilities, mentor, and friend of the
Fleischer’s.
Inspired by the spirit of our
founders, we developed River
Crossings Adult Day Services in
Sylvania, OH, which promotes
independence for adults with
developmental disabilities through
vocational opportunities.
Our trained staff supports the
individuals to provide a safe and
clean work environment. We iden-
tify employer needs and match
candidates based on abilities and
skill sets to assure quality prod-
ucts and dependable services.
Our facility is capable of accom-
modating short term and long
term products. We have mobile
work crews available to perform
jobs on-site or can bring materials
to our new building to complete

University where he completed
dental training and received a
Master Degree in Prosthodontics,
which is the art and science of ar-
tificial teeth, cosmetic and recon-
struction dentistry.
Dr. Endicott is on the staff of To-
ledo Hospital and was the chief
staff dentistry selection at St. Vin-
cents. He is serving on the Toledo
Dental Society Board of Direc-
tors. He has three granddaughters
that he adores.
Dr. Endicott specializes in the re-
placement of missing teeth. Some

year of serving Northwest Ohio’s medical community, Nephrology

The 5 person group specializes in dialysis care including hemodialy-
sis, peritoneal dialysis and nocturnal dialysis. The group also special-
izes in pre and post kidney transplant care, chronic disease manage-
