8. Pilot Pollution
Figure out Pilot Pollution in the polygon can be define by Data Explorer > RF > Strongest Server
> Pilot Pollution NdB. Red and black areas show very heavy pilot pollution (shown in yellow
circle, more than 8 server counts). It is recomended to work on the coverage of top
overshooters/polluters to imporve those areas that can impact performance of network.

9. Average Active Set Link

Figure out Pilot Pollution in the polygon can be define by Data Explorer > Performance >
Performance KPI > Average Active Set Link. The UEs in average have 1 or 2 radio links in the
active set.

10.TELCEL Health Index

Figure out Health Index in the polygon can be define by Data Explorer > Health Index > Telcel
Health Index Map. 3 area with low health index is similar to area with poor Pilot Pollution.

23.RF Chronic Index
Figure out RF Chronix Index in the polygon can be define by Data Explorer > Analyses UMTS >
Health Index > RF Chronic Index. RF Chronic Index describe individual cell ratio between the
best server and the footprint. The lowest the value is the worse cell perform.

24.Drop and Block Rate

Figure out Drop and Block Rate in the polygon can be define by Data Explorer > Analyses UMTS
> Subscriber and Cell > Daily Drop and Block Rate

1. Drop location figure out DFV0298 Jardin republica del Perú drop.

2. Drop reasons, describe most of drop due to "Radio connection with UE lost", this indicates a
bad RF environment, one of the reason are missing neighbors.

3. From neighbour plan, there are many relations that are needed to be added (first we have to
compare with the actual list).
