Directed all operations to include golf operations, course maintenance, food & beverage deli operations and sales & marketing
departments of Three South Georgia Golf Properties, Georgia Veterans G.C. at Lake Blackshear Resort, Wallace Adams G.C. at
Little Ocmulgee and Meadow Links G.C. at George T. Bagby owned by the State of Georgia. Key Accomplishments:
▪ Within the first year implemented our business model we had reduced expenses by over $300k average per property.
▪ Implemented the 15 Steps of “Basics of Service” and strong social media programs which led to continual growth rate each
year of over 20%.
▪ Responsible for a 2.5M dollar budget, 50 employees, implemented time efficiencies schedules to control labor expense

Director of Golf – Multiple Facilities May 2011 to October 2012


On Top of the World Communities Ocala, Florida
Directed all golf operations of a 36-hole private club, On Top of the World Golf Club with 456 members and an 18-hole semi-private
club, Candler Hills Golf Club with 180 members within a 12,000-unit residential community. In the first nine months restructured
entire golf operation that led to increased membership. Annual rounds played 105,000. Key Accomplishments:
▪ Launched web site and face book page with internet tee times which increased rounds and outside events 20%.
▪ Developed member and player programs which created over 100 new members first year and
increased lesson revenues 12%.
▪ Created Monthly Income Reports with trends for upper management and ownership.
▪ Directed weekly meetings with all department heads reviewing events, budgetary items, weekly goals of the organization.
▪ Effectively improved revenues the first 9 months 4% while decreasing expenses 7%.

The Yacht & Country Club Stuart, Florida
Directed and enhanced all operations including the HOA and security for a 400-member owned exclusive 18-hole private club,
which included fitness, aquatic and har-tru tennis complex within a 600-unit residential community. Key Accomplishments:
▪ Worked closely with the Board of Directors and successfully restructured all operations which improved the NOI $145k in
the first six months, reduced operational expenses of over $225k, retaining full member services and programs.
▪ Directed software conversion of Golf Operations, Food & Beverage and Accounting, completed in 8 weeks.
▪ With better menu selections, restructured kitchen, increased Food and Beverage revenue 18%, annual volume $1.5M.
▪ Launched new web site which assisted in 75 new memberships and summer play program.
▪ Implemented new employee policies and procedures, moved payroll to ADP Total Source which saved $125k.
▪ Directed renovations of Sports Complex, Cart Building which came under budget by $18k.

Primary responsibilities were overseeing the day to day operations of the two facilities listed below and assisted management
company with (6) other golf course properties at the same time. Management Company sold in 2009.

The Golf Club at Bridgewater - Lakeland, Florida


Opened and directed all operations in 2007 of a new 18-hole, upscale semi-private facility in the Orlando-Tampa market. First year
annual rounds 38,000. Key Accomplishments:
▪ Supervised end of construction, grow-in and opening of new facility.
▪ 2008 & 2009 - “Top 100 Courses You Can Play”-Golf Week.
▪ 2008 & 2009 - “Top 20 Courses in Florida”- Golf Week.
▪ First year F&B revenues $600k with a net profit of 32%, Merchandise Sales $150k with a net profit of 35%.
▪ Launched web site with integrated tee time’s averaged 705 players per month with on-line tee times, obtained 115
members, 50 outings, sold 2500 players cards which generated $750k and gathered 25,000 email addresses
within first year.
▪ Implemented training program for staff members at six courses, emphasizing member & customer retention.

Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club - Davenport, Florida


Directed all operations of an 18-hole, private facility with 350 members, and 48,000 annual rounds played in the competitive
Orlando market, located within a 2500-unit residential community. Key Accomplishments:
▪ In first 2 years changing business model increased revenues $400K, obtained 175 new members.
▪ Reduced course maintenance labor cost $65k, implementing time efficiencies, continuing to enhance conditions.
▪ Improved food & beverage revenues from $650K to $742k within two years with a net profit of 30%.
▪ Amplified merchandise sales from $110K to $440k in 4 years, net profit of 43%.
▪ Created E-Commerce program which contributed $80k of $440k in merchandise sales.
