Hypermer™ KD11
Polymeric Dispersant
Hypermer KD11 is a cationic polymeric dispersant designed for creating stable solvent based
dispersions of particulates in even the most demanding applications. The product is supplied as a
40% active solution in a high boiling point petroleum fraction.

Ideal for: Applications:

 Nickel  Ceramics
 Fuel Cells
 Electronics
 Inks
 Catalysts

Typical Use:
Hypermer KD11 should be soluble or at least miscible in the solvent it will be used in. Due to
surface area variations between particles, the amount of dispersant required will depend on the
particle size. However, for most applications between 2-3% is sufficient for creating a stable
dispersion but 0.1-10 wt. % is suitable. Hypermer KD11 should be added to the solvent and mixed
until homogeneous, before powder addition.
