Risk register and probability/impact matrix (group assignment):

THREATS:

 Because of a weak visibility of advertising, a lack of subscriptions received can occur, during
the research of teams, which could lead to a delay in finding the required number of teams,
affecting the duration of the project, thus causing the delay of the beginning of the
tournament.
 Because of the high demand of football pitches in Milan, a lack of available structures can
occur, during the first activity of the project, which could lead to a delay in finding a suitable
structure for the tournament, affecting the duration of the project.
 Because of bad weather conditions, the non-usability of the pitches can occur, during the
execution of the tournament, which could lead to a reorganization of the calendar, affecting
the duration of the tournament.
 Because of an approximate choice of the insurance, injuries not covered by the insurance
plan can occur, during the execution of the tournament, which could lead to loyal issues,
affecting the costs and the image of the tournament.

OPPORTUNITIES:

 Because of effective negotiation, a better income from the sponsors can occur, during the
contracting activity with sponsors, which could lead to a higher income for the project
affecting the total cash flows.
 Because of the effectiveness of the advertising, the increase of demand from teams can
occur, during the research of teams, which could lead to an expansion of the tournament,
positively affecting project income.
 Because of the availability of the structure, the possibility to open a private food and
beverage stand within the structure can occur, during the execution of the tournament,
which could lead to another source of revenues, positively affecting the profit.
 Because of the effectiveness of the advertising, the increase of demand from teams can
occur, during the research of teams, which could lead to an advance registration closing,
positively affecting both the project duration and the costs in terms of resources’ usage.
