Wheel up to ½ move, or
Incline up to half move, at ½ rate, moving up to 1 laterally for each 1 of forward
movement

Difficult Interpenetration at ½ rate?

2nd wheel or incline

Ordered drilled can do 1 of these & make a full normal move, or 2 & move 2
Ordered light can do 1 & make a full move
Others can do 1 & move 2

Quality Tests for Actions:

To move+ if not fresh?


Shaken to move closer to enemy
Skirmishers to stand against non-light
Skirmishers to charge non-light except to flank or in bad going
Mtd to charge front of ordered Inf with LS or hvy shield
To hold fanatics within charge range?

PIP costs:
+1 if general in combat unless with unit or not within 10 or
+1 if general not within 20, or in combat
+1 move+
+1 to move disordered more than half rate
+1 to charge with disordered
+1 group move other than normal move directly forward
+1 attack bonus
+1 for each action after 1st

But this still loses much of subtlety of quality rolls, unless everyone has to test to charge/
attack - sounds potentially like the worst of both worlds

Could assume a test, but give generals power to obviate it, but means you need to work
out test value anyway
