I am Deanne Mitzi A. Somollo, a former instructor of Guimaras State College

handling the social science subjects S.Y. 2015-2016. It has recently come to
my attention that one of my students, Cristy Mae Gabunal, enrolled in
Philippine History BSED 3C does not have a grade in the said subject. This is
because she is listed in my class record as a Cathy Gabunal BSED 3D.

Ms. Christy Mae Gabunal and Ms. Cathy Gabunal refer to one and the same
person. Cathy Gabunal is the appellation of Ms. Chisty Mae by which she is
known to me and her classmates. There is excusable negligence on my part
as I was not able to counter check my class record for lack of material time.
To recall, I resigned from the College on September 2016.

Let this letter serve as n affirmation of the foregoing statement as to the

oneness in identity of Ms. Christy Mae Gabunal and Ms. Cathy Gabunal for
whatever legal or academic purpose it may serve her.
