SCOPE OF SERVICES: Non GMO Project Standard (current version) assessment and product verification program.

DELIVERABLES:
Pre-assessment, Audit and Verification Decision.
Deposits for all applications are non-refundable. Client must re-apply for verification if all documentation required prior to inspection is not
submitted within 5 months of receipt of Initial Application for verification.

TIMELINE:
Unless Rush Timeline is applied, Pre-Assessment phase will take 4-6 weeks. Upon receipt of your complete reply to the Pre-
Assessment Letter, you can expect a verification decision within 8 weeks.

OTHER TERMS:
Cancellations: Cancellation fees will be incurred when audit cancelled between 30-14 days of scheduled audits - facility will incur a $250 non-
refundable travel fee. From day 13 to day 1 of audit: $500 a day per scheduled audit day cancellation fee plus $250 in non-refundable travel
costs.

purposes.
