Dear Advisers and Students,

Greetings! We are students of Practical Research 1 from 11 – Kingston, conducting a study about Positive
Relationship of Students and Teacher: A Strategy to Improve the Students Motivation in the Learning
Process. We chose you as respondents because both of you are in the Department of Senior High-School
under the STEM's strand as our predominance respondents for this research. You are an Adviser that have
a strong connection with your students and besides, you know them more. Also, the class President who
has a more connection with their adviser, I am inviting you to participate in this research study by taking
part in an interview.

The interview will require approximately 10 minutes to complete. There is no compensation for
responding nor is there any known risk. In order to ensure that all information will remain confidential,
please do not include your name (Optional). If you choose to participate in this project, please answer all
questions as honestly as possible and return the completed questionnaires promptly. Participation is
strictly voluntary and you may refuse to participate at any time.
